Pretty sure OP is referring to how damn slow it gets late at night. It never used to be this slow
at night. It is true that /f/ is a lot faster now during the day, but i shouldn't be able to fall
asleep at 3am, wake up at 9am and only notice a few new threads.

i also miss the speed 5 years ago, you could post a flash and come back 24 hours later and read
the comments.
nowadays if your flash don't get any comment within an hour or so it'll be pruned before been
given a proper chance to be seen by the right people, pretty much the reason why i dont post as
much here these days

to 2. being able to post 2 flashes and then do something else was fine.
just posting 1 flash and then having to wait an hour (or whatever it is) before posting another
flash don't work that well for many people. they don't want to keep going to /f/ several times
during the day to post flashes, it's better to post your flashes at once and then be able to
return later and check the comments they got (if they're still around).
just being able to post one flash at a time has pretty much killed the old flashes that were
split into 2 (or even 4 long time ago).
long story short: i'd prefer being able to post 2 flashes right after each other than being able
to post 99 with 1 hour between them
