well i made stuff in an mp4 format and wanna convert it to swf bellow 10MB but it always ends up
above 20.
i want it to be good quality too
but if all else fails im just gonna download adobe flash and do that

of course its going to be a lot bigger size if you convert from swf to mp4...
mp4 has to store every single frame of the animation while swf just stores the vector images of
each object and their pathing.
