It is probably the most overrated game in the past 20 years. More so than Kingdom Hearts.

Overrated, maybe. You can say that about just about any game, but that's a fault of the fandom,
not the product.
It was a game that moved a stonefaced asshole like me to tears at times, and I haven't felt those
feels for a game in a long, long time. 25 years of gaming too.

Still when IGN gave it 10/10 Masterpiece I knew this was the most overrated game in a very long
time.
It has some pretty shit flaws. Like the extremely limited sprite animation work.
