having this exact same conversation about 6-8 months ago or so, and someone brought up the same

I've learned so much since I started a month ago. Its as easy as spotting patterns and "thinking
outside the flash." All you need is a little patience and half a brain. The freedom this site
provides is to much for some people. Just accept the title of newfag until your year has passed.

To most people here even 3 years still makes you a newfag.
You can't measure "newfag" by time because that's not really what it means. Someone could be here
only a few days and as long as they're smart and pick up on how people talk, its hard to tell
them apart from anyone else.
People who are stupid, can't do things for themselves, or just post shit in general are the ones
who get to be called newfags. Its really just a discouragement for people who go against the
grain of the board's culture.
