  I've always wondered how Zone gets the voice acting to sound so fitting. Most stuff just uses
  sound clips from porn but this legitimately sounds authentic.

  Do they hire some great voice actors to add to it or do they rummage through old lines and use
  what already exists?

  Depends, for this I'm pretty sure he rummaged through old lines.

  For the flash of Filia from Skullgirls, I think her voice was also recycled lines from the game,
  but he did hire the guy who voiced the announcer to do new goofy innuendo lines for it and it was
  great.
