Not OP, but I totally want to know what that song is too.
It kinda reminds me of Cave Story... but I don't think that's it.

No.9 - Over There Empty https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nF6gTgjJr8Q
How to find sources for flashes posted on /f/ (none of these are guaranteed, but at least one of
these will work most of the time):
Using http://swfchan.com/ - Search the title of a flash you want sauce for and when you find the
flash (actually if, because people rename shit), go to it's page and click one of the names
listed. From there, you can click "GET FILE >" to play it. Just above that button is "WIKI".
Click on it. It'll take you to an archive of threads for the flash. Use the "find" function of
your browser and search things "source", "sauce", "music", "anime", "youtube", "soundcloud", etc.
and hope what you're looking for has been mentioned. For threads that have "end of preview" under
them, you have to click the randomized string of letters above "ARCHIVED" and to the left of the
thread link to see the whole thread.
Resize the flash - To do this, open the flash in another window and hit the restore down button
(it looks like overlapping squares and is between the "_" and "X" in the upper, right-hand
corner). Then click and drag the very edge of one side towards the other. The window should be as
tall as it can be without covering the entire page and as narrow as it can be, People sometimes
list the sources there.
Other - Don't forget to search the flash title in Google, song lyrics, wave your cursor around
the flash to see if anything pops up or if there's anything to click and right click the flash.
