you gotta lift the weights to feel the burn
you gotta feel the burn to get the gainz
you gotta get the gainz to get respect
you gotta get respect to get the money
you gotta get the money to fuck the chicks
this is simple science, i'm not sure what you guys are missing here.

Nice to see /fit/ there to save the day. No loser is too much of a horrible loser that should
kill themselves for /fit/.

Getting friends in the right places is how you move up in life, hard work alone just makes you
autistic.

I guess I'd better start lifting before I get autistic. Thanks, anon.

>And then he got a mustang
The quintessential commodity "fast" car. I bet it was a V6 automatic.
Still, at least all those people were fucking trying instead of sitting on their asses naysaying
any and all efforts to help or advise from their shoddy, lazily drawn and animated bitch films.
That last guy was the closest to correct of all of them because exercise works about as well as
medication for dealing with any depression north of severe. It's just that cardio works better
than gainz.
Because depression is a result of your genes AND your environment, usually mostly your lifestyle
and how you think. Lo and behold, you can fucking change two of those. But if you hide behind
your label and refuse to try because you're a waste of oxygen then you deserve what you get.
Still, I guess I can't fault this guy because he's obviously figured out a way to appeal to
enough people with these animated shit smears that he can make a living off it.

One of the hidden truths of the world is that reputation and influence are more important than
money itself.
Reputation and influence can be obtained numerous ways. Demonstrations of dedication are a prime
example of this. By being /fit/, your entire body becomes a testament to work ethic causing
people to automatically assume positive attributes to your character. It implies you are
consistent and reliable, and is one of THE best first impressions you can make on a person.
To this extent, people become willing to invest in both you and your perceived capabilities.
Remember, anon; Money can get you far, but reputation and influence will get you further.

>any depression north of severe
AKA feeling sad but not actually depressed. Only these people think they are "depressed" because
we live in an over medicated society filled with worthless professions like psychology where in a
not even remotely qualified person takes your money to quantify all your problems as external
afflictions that can be drugged away with just another monthly payment to big pharma.

>Only these people think they are "depressed" because we live in an over medicated society blah
blah blah
>Wah! Those people don't have problems because I say so! Anyone who disagrees with me is
unqualified!
People are depressed because we live in a largely sedentary society with an abundance of calorie
dense foods. The human body was built to move, and when you don't move shit starts getting out of
wack. Just like if you park a car in a garage for 20 years with no upkeep and then try and fire
it up, things are going to go wrong.
Psychologists legally can't prescribe drugs, that's what psychiatrists do.
Big pharma isn't going anywhere because they spend the most on lobbying of anybody by a billion
dollars. The only way to get rid of them is grassroots, correcting the pill mentality you
correctly identify.
But understand in this case there's more to it than that

You can literally, not figuratively, buy both reputation and influence, and so money trumps both.
I don't know how you managed to fail to grasp that, but there you go, I've cleared it up for you.
You can stop pretending that money doesn't rule the world now.

>you don't know anything you are just making pompous decrees
>but my pseudo scientific naturalist paleo bullshit is the true answer for why people are sad
Oh come on.
And once again these people are not depressed they are sad, because guess what? People get sad.
Being sad is reasonable. Like most animals in the whole of creation we do not spend most of our
lives in a state of elation (happiness). Life is not a fucking happy great thing, life is pain,
suffering, and struggle to survive. All this is compounded by the shitty culture we live in.
Psychologists, psychiatrists and all that crap are symptoms of the times we live in. Just a bunch
of frauds peddling easy answers and letting everyone assign blame to something external and
socially acceptable, a disease. But the truth is very few of those who call themselves, or are
called depressed actually are so.

I dunno never was too big of a fan of sappy Pixar drama. I remember that I cried like a bitch in
the Ice Age scene.
