inb4 all the baiters telling people "Han solo dies" "Kylo Ren is actually Han Solo's son" and
that Luke Skywalker is the new shit lord.
Too many people trying to get attention baiting others over some hyped up crap that lasts a few
weeks and is never thought about again.

The script for this leaked before the last movie came out, how is anyone surprised by any of this?

when? did we watch the same movie? They still died like lemmings and hit jack shit

As usual they had women fighting in battles and as usual none of them died. Because in mainstream
girls are stronk but girls never died, and if one does it is a big deal (while a hundred guys can
die without so much of a closeup).
I wonder how they could take in a whole sun into a small planet without it collapsing from
gravity. Guess it's done via magic (or "the force").
New force ability in the movie btw: Timestop. A laser round was suspended in mid air and when let
go it continued with the same momentum (meaning time resumed, it was not a regular "force grab").
Funny how Luke Skywalker had to train against bots to get decent with fighting with a lightsaber
and train for some time with Yoda to be able to use the force, but this grrl comes along and
defeats one of the strongest evil jedis alive without any training at all, even though he has
been using them and the force for his whole life. The black trooper was pretty damn good with a
sword as well.
Also, anyone else noticed how they kept calling her "girl" even though she is quite clearly a
woman? My guess is that they didn't go full retard with this, Disney just know that mainly kids
will watch this and are trying to indoctrinate girls that they are strong. Or rather, teach boys
that girls are stronk (further proven by her annoyance over him grabbing her by the hand early in
the movie, I guess these days it's a bad thing wanting to protect a strong and independent womyn).
All in all, pretty good movie for what it's worth. And that's not coming from a Star Wars fan.
It's feels very mainstream and overly politically correct though. There's also a huge lack of the
jar-jar race (did they just disappear) and the backstory is laughable... What happened exactly to
make these new bad guys the bad guys in the universe?

Not actual clones anymore. Just kids abducted from conquered villages or something

well when they actually fight at the end the sith babby had been shot in the gut with the Chewy's
bowcaster, which had killed armored storm troopers and sent them flying on multiple occasions.

Statis is a pretty old force power.
I'm pretty sure that use of a vibroblade is a part of stormtrooper training, although blasters
are just better overall, so that's why they use them.
I agree that it's weird that Rey was so good, but we do see that she has some practical
experience with melee weapons.
Kylo Ren isn't confident and he was pretty shaken by Rey, also he had just been shot by a
bowcaster, which probably hurt pretty bad.
There's obviously not going to be any Gungans, since Gungans are natives of Naboo and rarely
leave the planet. The backstory is all the other movies.. so... The bad guys are the bad guys
because they are controlled by a dark jedi, basically making them immediately the worst thing in
the Galaxy.

The clones were really short lived, literally, they had much shorter life spans than average
people. Also, their fighting ability deteriorated because of how quickly they aged. In fact, Luke
was considering leaving his home to become a Storm Trooper before his aunt and uncle were killed.
