If this dude was trying to sarcastic about all of this then he really can't complain.
How can he expect people to offer him any help?
It comes from within. All that they're saying is to make a change. To you disposition, your
outlook, your body. Something.
I'm depressed a lot too, but I'm not some fag that gets off on thinking I'm some eternal victim.

Thing is, I used to actually do what the last guy said.
I actually worked in PT in a fitness facility after having studied a cert 3 and cert 4 in fitness.
After doing that for some time, got myself a nice car, was a Peugeot 308 - second hand but it
looked pretty sweet.
Eventually I looked ripped, had a nice car, picked up chicks often.
Eventually found a nice girl, had a decent relationship for like a year but that all went sour
after a while when she started looking elsewhere for "more attention".
After all of that ordeal I just couldn't be bothered with it, figured out none of that really
made me happy - if anything I felt as though I had lived some fake bullshit life.
Crashed that nice car, got what insurance money I could out of it.
Went binge drinking a lot, stopped working or even going to gym.
Went back to what I used to do back in my childhood teen years which was playing video games.
Found 4chan a few years ago, done nothing but play games - never been happier.
Moral of the story - everyone is different and won't find happiness from something just because
it worked for someone else.
People have to experience it all for themselves and figure out what is best for them.

Im my expierence. Dont try and fix it, jsut live it. Ride in it long enough and you start to
revel in it. Find something to lose yourself in and bring that depression into your work.
Eaiser said than done, but I think it give me creative thoughts. I've always been a brooding edgy
fuck though.

cont.
I think mine stemmed from finding adult corporate life to be incredible depressing. I dont like
this tedious busybody work. Maybe I should have lived up to my potential earlier on, but theres
no changing that now. I might find some physical work to get into.

you gotta lift the weights to feel the burn
you gotta feel the burn to get the gainz
you gotta get the gainz to get respect
you gotta get respect to get the money
you gotta get the money to fuck the chicks
this is simple science, i'm not sure what you guys are missing here.
>you gotta get respect to get the money
Please explain this step.
Getting friends in the right places is how you move up in life, hard work alone just makes you
autistic
I guess I'd better start lifting before I get autistic. Thanks, anon.
>Ive seen this conversation in one of this thread. its the best answer for me for now.

Lift weights
>exercise has actually been clinically proven to help elevate your mood, and has also been
suggested as a way to relieve stress. From personal experience, exercise is also a great way to
clear your head and work your thoughts out. I always find I sleep better at night and feel less
anxious after a good workout
Get a cool car.
> Find something you take pride in and let that be an anchor point for you. Maybe you had to work
hard for that car, Maybe you were smart enough to find a good deal, Maybe that car is something
else in your life you can draw value from, but even if you never find it, you owe it to yourself
to at least try to find out what that "cool Car" is for you. Is it your job? Your friends? A
particular talent you have? know what gives you a sense of satisfaction and worth and explore
that.
Fuck Chicks
> Or at least get out there and find out what you want in a partner. Meet people, go on dates,
join a group of some kind. Maybe it might not be your thing, but you'll never figure out why
until you've had a few fuck ups. Maybe you dont like crowds or large groups, but there are lots
of people out there just like you who might also share that same preference, and those people are
probably waiting for someone like you to come along and let them know that they're not just shy
and they're not just antisocial, but that they're just people like everyone else.
Dont worry about it, Everything will be alright..
>maybe dont blind yourself entirely to your problems, but there is something to be said for
believing wholeheartedly that you can get better. That you have problems you can work through.
Don't let worry consume you or beat you down. You can handle this, maybe not by yourself, but
with help from friends and experts you can overcome your problems. You just cant let yourself
lose sight of that hope and allow yourself to be ruled by your problem.
