A guy who is cursed by a vampire goes around exorcising and healing paranormal spirits in his

Because he's turned into an incomplete vampire, he's severely limited in his powers and
abilities, reduced to only slightly-super human strength and regenerative abilities. So his
method of saving everyone usually involves either diplomacy or getting the shit kicked out of him
until the other person calms down. Usually a combination of those two.

Honestly, it's more of a philosophical harem show with emphasis on visual elements, but there are
