The game has a bug which takes off the blouse and panties at the same time, ending the game. Just
right click play to go to the next part, I can't find a fixed version.

He's not wrong. If you try to remove her blouse, it pulls off her panties too. The numbers for
blouse and panties in the OP post are switched.
