This latest installment in the miniclip game series brings a few titillating new features to the
charm of the old Tetris that we all grew up with. Don't we all remember waking up on Christmas
day and coming down stairs to find a Nintendo Entertainment System or a Gameboy? But what would
these amazing pieces of hardware be without their equally amazing software counterparts? We would
never know the answer with the hours of Russian(or at the time Soviet) fun waiting just beside
each console. This game hearkens back to those snowy winter mornings and the long summer nights
spend playing Pajitnov's masterpiece: Tetris. This is not to say that drawing on such a historic
and nostalgic game allowed for complacency. Miniclip truly outdid themselves with this variation
on the classic formula for Tetris. There were several features of note as well as a major
aesthetic change to boot(more further down, excuse the word limit).

technology we have, Miniclip was able not only to keep a unique and original title score, but
were also able to add a theme exclusive to the game play itself. To the thrumming bases of the
title theme, this is a welcome juxtaposition. With its upbeat melody and cheery harmony this song
does a great deal to smooth along the slow(but still compelling), game play.
There you are, this game in many ways is the spiritual successor to the NES classic that is:
Tetris. Given its predecessor's popularity, it's surprising to see such a warmly received sequel(>
>2997650>>2997664>>2997678>>2997685>>2997750). I think I speak for all of us here on /f/ when I
say, "Thank you Miniclip, and may you prosper, at least until flash goes to it's own favorite
Walmart to kill itself."
TL;DR: Fuck this game.
