That's the case. It was done using After effect and DUIK IK tools.

That's Noill. He's done nearly every Curly Brace Flash on here. His name along with someone else
apparently helping him, is on the bottom left. google to find his dumblr.

Hadn't even eard of it before now. Alright. Reminds me of that Flash used to have a skeleton tool,
which they removed. Such a weird move. I heard it's back again in this year's release of Flash
though.
