Thanks it took me all but 17 minutes to put everything together.
It was about 2 minutes of recording.
3 minutes of trimming.
6 minutes of audio importing and placement. 5 more minutes to export to a video file to import
into flash and figuring out you can't import an .mp4 into the flash timeline. Convert to an .flv
file and re-import the file into flash (this time affecting the timeline).
1 Minute: Export movie and post
