"not_new" with seeking
From the original post on 7chan:
-8 Rosa flash with "seeking".
Move mouse along x axis to adjust target frame, click to jump to that frame.
Source is gross, loads AS2 into AS3 and references the SWF as a MovieClip.
From there it's handled like any other container.
Uses ForcibleLoader, google is your friend.
