He's thus far only managed to be even remotely successful in states where his base demographic -
socially conservative evangelicals - represent the majority of Republicans. Texas, Iowa,
Oklahoma, probably Kansas tomorrow.
... Cruz's problem is that he's about to hit a wall. He's running out of states where his base
make up even a notable percentage, let alone the majority of the party. Once Nebraska's out of
the way, there's not a whole lot of other states Cruz has a real clear cut path to victory in.
Tomorrow Trump is probably gonna take Louisiana, Maine, and Kentucky. At the end of the day he'll
take home somewhere between 90-100 delegates while Cruz will maybe take 30-40.
