It depends - when you look at the different video clips they all have different qualities.
You have to understand that it's not just the fault of the person who encoded this video into
flash but also the person who put together the original video.
Usually quality drops when there are less frames between fast noticeable transitions - e.g.
switching in between frames that look nothing like one another. Slow animations don't drop as
much in quality because the transitions are less noticeable at a low frame rate. The frame rate
on this is 20.
Let's not forget also that each frame is a raster image - so pixels are inevitable.
Usually the best results are to render out each frame (3041 frames in this one), compile them in
flash, add music to another layer.
But as you may guess this is not worth the time lol
Most people just use swfh264 - those are the flashes with the pre-loading screens; they help to
keep the quality of videos like these.
