How do you even get "good" at Rock Paper Scissors outside of conditioning your opponent?

by rigging the terms in your favor. like in this game, if you win, she gets naked, and if you lose,
nothing really bad happens and the game continues until you win.
you can also tell your opponent what to pick by whipping a gun out and threatening to blow their
knees off if they disobey you. or you can glue their fingers together, or pay them to lose, or bash
them in the head and have someone puppeteer their hand while they sleep.
damn, now that I think about it, I just might be the RPS world champion.
