rappers can't even sample a 3 second beat in music these days, i hardly think ripping 3 minutes
of audio and video is considered fair use
i think he is just lucky that the companies either are worried about the backlash if they take
legal action or they just consider it as free marketing. because this does seriously not fall
under "fair use" (his stuff is basically just beats and some echo without all the sampling he
does from movies).
