This is just his standard "censored" version. He makes a censored version for some of his flashes.

My guess is to help out those that want to use his stuff on mainstream sites in order to be edgy.
Kinda like using a cropped porn image as avatar.
If you think about it it's clever since it would make more people become aware of him, for example
if a censored version is uploaded to YouTube (and is censored well enough that it is allowed to
stay up there) it will probably have many people asking for a link to the uncensored version.
This thread's flash would probably not be censored enough to be allowed to stay on YouTube however,
especially since Nintendo would bitch about Peach being in it since that company is very strict
about their intellectual properties.
