Biology's way more complicated than that, actually.
And you can in fact change that. Hormones alter who you are and how your body chemistry works.
Your chromosomes are just a starting point, it's the chemicals they produce that determine your
biology.
You sound like *your* feelings have been hurt. Why does this upset you? It doesn't change your
own gender. You are as free to determine your own identity as this person is. Consent and respect
work for everyone.

not him, but im a psych major. ive spoken to several 'troubled' teens who identify as other made
up genders, or as the opposite gender, and they're usually diagnosed with some sort of mental
illness, adhd, depression, etc. these people have a higher risk of suicide, than other normal
people.

It's not a mental illness. It's not in the DSM. If psych major anon treated people in his
practice that way, he'd get his license taken away.

I personally couldn't care less about transgenders, or homosexuals. Hell, some of them look even

Trannies are really boring, self centered people who probably grew up with a few trust issues.

Nah, you're thinking transtrenders.
Most trans people don't want to be trans, that's why transition surgery is a thing. Dysphoria
SUCKS: it doesn't hurt, but it feels wrong every time you look at yourself, everytime someone
mentions it, every time your period comes on or you get an inconvenient erection or whatever your
body does to remind you that it's not right.
'cuz, like, gender is established in the womb, right? Certain hormonal releases at certain times
tell the clit to become a dick, or the nipples to form the framework to produce milk, or
whatever. Trans people get a weird combination of hormonal release that gives them a brain that
tells them they have a body different than what they actually do. Literally, lady brain man body,
or vice versa. It's a lot more complicated than that, of course, some people just get a big ol'
smear that says "hey you should have a dick and a clit and tits and no tits and just generally
fuck you", some people don't get enough and feel weird in their bodies with sexy parts on.
Point being: we have two options to deal with that. Fix the mind to match the body, or fix the
body to match the mind. And it turns out after years of study that the first one doesn't really
work anyway, let alone how scary an idea it is to "fix" something built so deep into the brain.
And that's where transtrenders come in. Tumblr kiddies who scream "you don't need dysphoria to be
trans, gender is a social construct!" and end up being the thing you think of when you think
"trans" instead of people in sucky situations because of weird brain chemistry. Fuck 'em.

If a tranny thinks they're in a body with the wrong junk, you can give 'em surgery and hormones
and it basically fixes itself. It's not really "delusional" if you can fix it.

Have you seen the horrifying meat wraps they sew to tranny crotches? Or the terrifying gashes
that the guy ones get? They're both pretty bad. The girl ones come with a pump, basically a dildo
made from your own flesh.
The guys that cut their dicks off are worse though, because it is basically a wound that they
need to treat continuously to prevent the body from healing it or at least attempting to heal the
damage done.
Schizos actually do have treatment in the form of medicine. It isn't flawless but it treats the
majority of their issues, the only trick is getting them to take it.
Mutilation does not fix what is wrong with a tranny, because their body is fine and the problem
is in their brain. We don't know how to fix that yet though and I personally think we may never
be able to fix it, only develop preventive medicine and early diagnostics so it can be detected
when it is happening to the fetus.
A better comparison for Trannies would be Body Integrity Disorder. It's sort of the opposite of
Phantom Limb Syndrome, where the brain's mental map of the body is messed up and it makes it feel
like a part of the body should NOT be there, arms or legs for instance. There is no cure for the
rare disorder and those that suffer it really and truly do want to have their limbs chopped off
to try and get their body to match up with their messed up head.
