I couldn't figure it out for the life of me, and it doesn't help that I don't read moonrunes.
I've tried matching as many as possible, I've tried using only low cards, I've tried using only
high cards, I have no idea how this is supposed to work. Has anyone figured it out?

Get the score high but keep an eye on the bar below
If it's maxed out you'll get dead drunk, which means you'll lose a life.
There seems to be a multiplier if you don't lose all your lives.
There are 3 lives, by the way
Also, same cards make combos

Right, but do you reduce your bar at the bottom? Mine only ever seems to go down by two, even if
I do get a pretty good match going, and for seemingly no reason the opponent will get a -10 or so
to their drunkenness modifier. I can't figure out how to keep the bar in check, otherwise this
game would be pretty easy.

at the very Start you pick from your hand to set aside cards for your reserve pool w/e. the
number of cards you pick at the beginning is how many bars are restored after you've taken a
drink each turn
So if you use a card that is 8 points and you have 5 cards in your side deck, it'll restore the 5
points from your health bar once your turn ends
if you get into danger you can pull a card from your side deck and have your points restored, but
you'll have less cards in there for later.
with the color of the cards once you get like 3 of the same color in a row you'll get multipliers
you can aim for higher scores but the most important thing is to out drink suika

Well I feel retarded for taking 15 minutes pouring over a katakana table to translate the options
once you win because I thought you had to pick one. Turns out they are toggles instead. At least
I can feel good about the fact that my translation was pretty accurate.

Effects happen when someone players a card of lower value. The effect that happens is determined
by the card played. If you play a yellow 1 into a blue 12, the person who owns the 12 gets the
yellow effect.
Effects:
Blue - Opponent loses 4 drunkenness
Yellow - Opponent may put one of their cards into reserve
Red - Opponent may trade a card from their hand with one from yours
Grey - Opponent may discard up to two cards and draw two cards.

How to win every time: Put all but one card into reserve at the start of the round, play whatever
you draw, only take a card out of reserve if not doing so means losing the round.
This lets you regen-tank to a triple KO and unlock the sex scene, and the extra 40 points per
life pretty much remaining guarantees (I've never lost, but I'm not sure its impossible) a win in
points (though that doesn't do anything)
