no I'm just a noob, so far in my flashes all I do is splice together screenshots from anime in
the orders I want to create the best effect and loop that I can while keeping the quality
I am no artist, just love /f/ and trying to teach myself flash stuff

I did add the sounds and layer those on top of the music so that the rain as well as thunder
won't repeat at the same time in the visuals or music
I think setting them off from each other a bit and having them not cycle at the same time works
better for the loop even though it used up more space and made me subtract more frames I would
have had in
