I understand that mozzarella has a much more bland taste compared to other cheeses, but to me,
it's a much better cheese to use than say cheddar, which would would be too strong of a taste.

I used to think that but then I ate at this place call Spimoni gardens... not sure how the first

I mean yeah I guess it is just a comfort food but it can be one of the best tasting comfort foods
so eating it occasionally shouldn't be looked down upon.
Also you can make a pizza that isn't that unhealthy.
I once bought whole wheat dough and a few simple fresh ingredients yeah I mean it was still
tomatoes/cheese and what not but I also slapped on some vegetables and it was tasty as fuck and
alot healthier then most fastfood would be.

Cu/ck/ here, I've worked in pizza places before. The thing people who rip on comfort food forget
is that food isn't meant for one experience; it can be enjoyed in many different ways for many
different occasions.
Say my wife wants to buy me a meal out as food is my thing. We would want to go somewhere for the
experience, and for me that means trying something new or interesting. A pizza place would be a
let down in this respect as I'd only be getting something I knew well.
However, if one of us has had a shit day or whatever and doesn't feel like going outside our
comfort zone then pizza would be perfect. It's gonna sit really well with a beer, we're not gonna
have to give it much attention to appreciate it and we'll come home full and satisfied because
fats and carbs. Much better for a casual thing.
Food isn't meant to always blow your mind.
