Good god the original Binding of Isaac is so dated now, compared to Rebirth and with the Flash
engine being so shit. But I find myself feeling like it's missing from my life now. It was
arguably more challenging than Rebirth, and at least for me it had a lot of atmosphere. I can't
forget hearing this music when I found one of the secret rooms for the first time. And later when
I got the final ending in Wrath of the Lamb.
I feel like I couldn't get that back even if I went back and played it again, or no matter how
much time I pour into Rebirth. Does anyone else feel the same way about any other games?

minecraft

The original Binding of Isaac had the best music imo, I just prefer something with a tune over
something arguably "atmospheric" like rebirth does. I would love it if someone did some really
good remakes of the original songs and created a mod that added them back into the game in
somehow...

Oh god, minecraft...
I go back to it every few months, but there's nothing like the the feeling I had when I first
played it. The magic of the way that game played.. I remember the server I ran while I was in
college, all the people in my dorm played on it, there was some super cool stuff in that server,
I really wish I hadn't lost that save.

its the sense of discovery i think, thats what makes me pine for that first playthrough
mass effect is the game i wish that i could play again for the first time the most, theres a few
tv series, and movies that get me too, i wish i could see avatar the last airbender for the first
time again, for example, and i wish i could see babylon 5 again for the first time
i try really hard to try new things, but ill probably still whip these things out every now and
then and wish for a time when i would experience them anew
