I'd simplify it.
Find a nice background image that isn't shit tier pixelated resolution. Something inspiring, and
pleasant. Blue skies, etc, then knock the timer to one bar across the middle.
Make it more transparent, and use neutral colors.

Make the text fade out completely. Having it blur but still being able to see it change to the
new text isn't a very great transition.

Make the whole clock smaller and transparent, make the motivational texts smaller and pack them
so they take up less space.
With this music I'd recommend to add pixel scenery. Beautiful pixel art to fade in and out, maybe
animated, maybe not. Something that makes your soul smooth and okay with it's surroundings.
If you were to change the music it'd be another case.

If you're going to include all the numbers, make it move gradually rather than jump from one to
the next. It doesn't need to take an hour to move the first hour digit, but it'd be nice if it
took a few seconds rather than just an instant. It looks a bit too jumpy and gets a bit
distracting otherwise.
Also the slow song and the fast 1/100 second counter don't get along terribly well.

The clock is really 3x enlarged, since i use it when I play. but it souldn't be a problem if i
shrinked it to 2x original size. I do not believe I want to change the song, it's this song I had
in mind when I created this flash.
If i want to make it transparent I'll first need a background of some sort, but I'm a terrible
artist.

what you mean with the last one, but I don't want it to be hard to read. That's why I'm trying to
figure out a way to create a transition that spans about 0,5 seconds, so that it keeps the
"laggy" apperance
