If I recall you need to use a lot of fire to kill it quickly.
So if you upgraded your fire katana, throw fire gems on it - you can farm them easily from the
fire boss if you got a sword enchanted with water.

Truthfully, just have a BIG FUCKING SWORD so you can reliably hit him as he teleports around.
I think his attacks are water-based too so if you have the right gems you can use that to your
advantage.
