You know, dudes, just because you can instantly tell the difference between an actual AR-15 and
the Sig knockoff in low light conditions at a distance of several yards doesn't mean Joe Newsguy
can, or should be expected to. Also, they went with what eyewitnesses said until the police
released what the actual weapon was. Now a good deal of my rainbow compatriots out this way
shoot, and a few might even know their (mock) assault weapons... I'm sorry, "Modern Sportsman's
Rifles..." but even they'll admit they likely couldn't have told you what he was firing (and
managed to get out) in those conditions. If you think you could, then good for you.
