Really amp up your HP, I usually do for the beginning stages. From there on out, it's all about
using those 'shops' for better atk/defense.

Are you referring to the one with the RCV. next to it? It's your recovery, it determines how fast
your ACT. and LIFE parameters regenerate.

Oh shit, are you talking about the hella long/thin blue one? That unlocks a secret (one of the
green chest rooms) when you fill it up all the way.
The more treasure you get in a short amount of time, the more it fills.
