Just finished an email server migration. Now dealing with the flood of "Oh god the last idiot
sysadmin configured my iPad to connect to the mail server using explicit IP addressing and now it
doesn't work"
The Tier1 guys don't come in until 8:00AM, (so they should be here soon), so the only ones who
are really bothered by it now are the C-level folks. Fortunately, they are few.
But the coordinator is probably going to create these tickets for every single damn user and
throw them all at me under the "But it was caused because you moved the mail server so you need
to fix it", while assigning the Tier 1 crew to go on a trip across the damn city to help an
intern connect their personal printer
