This is bullshit. Just because you don't have the funds to disprove your hypothesis doesn't
automatically fail your hypothesis. It just means it remains unproven, not that it's bullshit.
Chemical testing in areas where contrails are frequent should be a good test to see if contrails
are chemicals being sprayed into the atmosphere or not, for example.
You don't just devise a test and then say "oh, we can't do the test, therefore the hypothesis is
bullshit".
