It might be because I'm drunk, but I just cried because I had forgotten about Billy Mays. Maybe
not necessarily about Billy Mays, but because I saved this file back in 2009, which seems like
forever ago at this point. Many happy memories back them in a much more carefree environment and
mindset. Many maymays to share, different friends, different life goals, a different path. The
memories I'm making now are happy ones, but completely different from where I once was. Different
friends, different state, different job, different goals, different mindset.
I do not weep for Billy Mays, for a different timeline, for lost in time friends, for different
goals. I weep because I realize that I have no idea how many times I will have to repeat this
cycle. How many times will I have to replace friends? Replace interests? Replace goals? Replace
mindsets? Replace jobs? Replace towns? Replace lives?
