I made this flash from scratch with a mediaplayer screenshot I took from that episode and the mp3
of that song.
Nothing was converted and it was never a video.
The youtube version is similar obviously but that doesn't mean its the same as mine nor does it
make mine a rip.
I mean the only difference is my picture is bigger and of better quality and I put in a unique
pre-loader but its still in no way a rip now is it?

The images are completely different both in quality and size.
The audio is the same, yes, as I extracted it from that video before discarding the file.
The flash itself is still self-made in a flash program using my picture and an extracted music
file.
This is not a rip.
Not like I would care if it was but in this case it really isn't.
