Source for claims that weather was bad and target was not Hiroshima, please. Absolutely no record
of that has been officially released in any currently declassified documents that I have
immediate access to; on the contrary, everything publicly available states unambiguously that all
conditions of the operation were exactly as planned, which I've always found a bit odd given the
rest of human war history. Would love to see a dissenting verifiable source if you have one.

Okay, alright, I can't say with 100% certainity that it was weather related, but I saw in a
documentary that Hiroshima wasn't the target.
It could also have been because of low fuel. On a rainy/windy day you sure use more fuel, but you
are still theoretically capable of dropping a bomb at your actual target. Maybe THAT wasn't
planned.
So yeah, no actual source but it still is plausible imo
