I'm currently studying Chinese music in one of my classes with a born and raised Chinese woman,
which is cool because we get to learn about it straight from someone who experienced it growing
up.
Anyway, she covered Mongolian throat-singing in class briefly once, and unironically used this
group and their videos as an example.
So of course, I in turn showed her what the internet did to them. She actually liked them and
thought they were funny.
