I've done some freelance sound-tech stuff over the years and once I was hired to help record
voices for a cartoon porno. The actors who do this kind of work come in primarily two flavors:
The "I'm just doing this to get paid." and "I'm making a career of this shit."
Exhibit A shows up, does the absolut BARE MINIMUM, sounds so uninterested in what they're doing,
has laughing fits, can't get serious etc. They are a fucking pain to work with. Then there are
exhibit B. They do this for a living, and maybe they have higher ambitions but right now this is
what they're doing and they're gonna do it right. They get in the booth, play around a bit,
discuss the scene, give a few samples that we pitch back and forth. They are very much aware that
they are doing some pretty sleazy shit, maybe it wasn't their first choice and maybe they could
actually not give a flying fuck what kind of movie it is, but they champ through, never losing
their drive, hustling through the embaressing parts, never need more than 10 takes per scene.
Seriously, most people are super professional when recording this kind of stuff. You can blame
the writer, translator, manager, designer, whatever, but never talk shit about an actor/actress
who is doing their job and does the best they can.

Considering this wasn't even meant for western audiences anyway despite the song basically being
completely in English, it's all kinda moot how we would perceive the lyrics or mastery of English
pronunciation.
