  I feel bad not posting recipes the last few times.
  Also Overwatch

  Something easy like... Quesadilla!
  2 Chicken breasts filleted and patted dry with paper towel

  (you can marinate the chicken in mojo or other citrus marinades if you want but really shake it
  off before you grill it or the sugars will make a sticky mess that nobody will enjoy)

  Canned black beans
  Corn - frozen works
  Onion
  2 Tortillas Get the big ones
  Cheez
  Store bought mexi blend is fine here, I just used shredded Colby and jalapeno jack blocks that
  were on sale around New years

  Spice'n

  Chili powder 2 Tbsp
  Garlic powder 2 tsp
  onion powder 1 tsp
  cumin 2 Tbsp
  paprika 1 tsp
  dried parsley 1 tsp
  brown sugar 1 Tbsp
  Salt - to taste
  pepper - to taste

  Mix the above spices together (honestly I double this up and use a decent amount of black pepper)

  So if there is anything I hate in the world more than myself its dry chicken
  I fucking loathe dry chicken
  So two ways to avoid this and bring us amazing juiciness

  1) Grill or in my case a stove top grill pan because like hell I'm going outside
  2) Cook in a pan but add 1/2 cup of water and cover to steam after steaming brown normally

  Grill pan is another tool I'd seriously recommend

  Rub spicy goodness all the fuck over that chicken
  Ppan medium/high heat
  Set oven to low 300-280 range
  Place chicken in pan
  Cook that shit maybe 5 min per side.
  Remove from heat and place in oven safe container with a lid I just use a pot.
  Place in oven covered and don't open it for at least 10min

  While that's going on dice the onion and dump into into baked beans in a pot on medium on the
  stove
  Add corn (microwave it a bit if its frozen)
  Add some of the spice mix
  Stir

  Cut chicken into strips or cubes w/e you like
  Add any hot sauce
  Toss

  Layer with cheese, and bean and corn mix on tortilla
  (if beans are runny strain em or else it will be a runny mess)

  Get a large enough pan for your tortilla
  butter the pan
  Cook 2 min or until crispy
  Enjoy with salsa and cilantro
