I'm not sure if you're joking but the series in question is intentionally made to be this
budget-starved improv comedy short. It's made using Miku Miku Dance for one and they often joke
about the series looking like crap by having episodes where they only reuse previous assets or by
including unfinished drawings or un-animated sequences.
It's really good and I'd actually love a full-length series of it.
