Well, first of all, W.T. Snacks' mascot was a girl, but the actual person is a guy.
As for why she's all tied up: W.T. Snacks was supposed to be a developer for 4chan, and later he
was a moderator. However, W.T. Snacks regularly abused his authority, which moot didn't take too
kindly to, so moot eventually fired him.
