if it's not below 64kbps than it doesn't matter on /f/ qualitywise
you can use wav and then in library right click it and hit properties where you can compress it
as mp3 with max 160kbps and make sure you check "don't convert stereo to mono" to enhance the
listener's quality time
also using wav gets rid off that milisecond of silence between looping because mp3 is filled with
filthy useless data like ID3 tags which causes that silence

using anything other than wav makes it impossible for it to loop seamlessly. there's a gap in
this flash where you can hear it repeat. doesn't matter much but it's worthwhile to know.
it doesn't have to increase the file size because flash can export it as mp3 just fine. but
import needs to be wav for it to be seamless.
