Trump won and if they tried to not give it to him we might have an actual civil war.
I mean, you can think that but I'd bet every cent I own that he gets inaugurated and even the
President/media who hate him admit he will be sworn in at the time you mentioned and Obama's
transition team is already working actively with Trump's squad.
The "they'll give it to Hillary anyway" fantasies of the childish anti-democratic crybabys on the

That is how it works, but between winning by a significant margin and the fact that the
[incoming] House selects the president if no one receives 270 votes (and that they can only
select from names that won electors) there's very few shenanigans to worry about.
