No, it ended in April this year. Well, technically, October, since they just released the ending
credits along with some epilogue type pictures during the credits, but it seems done now.

the Homestuck universe.

That doesn't count, Homestuck itself is done. Hiveswap is its own story in the same universe.
Also, it started as an actual game, regressed into point-and-click, and then they ended up having
to scrap the original resources and make it 2D, which re-started production this year. So
technically, less than a year in production for that game. Seems to be coming along much faster
and more smoothly now, but seeing as it's an episodic... I probably wouldn't even touch it.
