I don't understand this whole vocaloid thing. Some of their songs are really great but I hate the
computer voices. I olny hear covers with human voices.

A common factor of a human singer is whether they can tune their voice to the music.
Vocaloids are almost by default set to the tune. The lyrics are consequential, but only just
barely- The 'voice' of the vocaloid is another instrument.
I can understand why it could be unappealing, but in some songs it's hard to compete. There's a
huge requirement on the singers to be able to deliver the borderline inhumanly harmonic tune.
If you want to see that highlighted, watch a one of the few lyrical Senbonzakura covers and look
for what's missing. Then go watch 96neko/Pokota's duet. It's a challenge to deliver vocals that
can compete with the tonal qualities or impact of a vocaloid's voice. There's only so many
Freddie Mercuries, after all.

I can enjoy it because it's in a language I don't understand, so the Vocaloid is just another
instrument.
