First flash I've ever done! I don't have voice actors, and I understand it's really short. If you

Good to know people are still trying to get new stuff done.
Pointers plain and simple, suggest you focus on art before programming first imo. Could also help
earlier with getting associated with other things. Tentacle flashes are always welcome.

I think I got lazy around the end. Even flash animation took me about 3 days to do because I
didn't know the program. If I had done keyframe animation it may have taken oodles longer. The
next flash I do will probably be keyframe just because I need to learn to animate. This will help
with more natural movements because I'll have to think more about every frame. This was my first
experience with any sort of animation and some of the movements are a little robotic because of
that. Thank you.

Flash takes a while to master. I think it's not bad, just incomplete. I don't blame you for
getting lazy around the end, but people aren't going to appreciate half assed work.
Still, keep it up and don't give up. This is actually pretty good for an experimental first
animation, but not really worth releasing.
