it is notoriusly bad in many regards...
that being said, like most anime - if you look past the autism and the failed plot summary - they
had a concept within it i thought they could run with and it would have been something. and as
usual anime creators run short with the good parts and drown it in bad. the concept behind the
vampire people and the notion of a team of people meant to take them down was nice. even the
characters were well set up. they stopped getting into too much detail about the villians and
kept focusing on the eyes as though (like most lazy as fuck writing) was some cure-all to any
dilemma. that is why most people hate the anime.
tl;dr
too much focus on the things that could have edged its way in naturally and instead became a
drowning focal point (lazy writing). also, good concepts were produced but then quickly dismissed
by said drowning focal point and thus reduced the quality of the entire work itself.
i give it 4/10
only because at least the good ideas existed, but they get none of the other 6 for being lazy ass
