2 pounds lean ground beef
1 large chopped onion
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
12 (8 inch) flour tortillas
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
Some fuckin' Paprika and onion powder
1 lb block of your favorite cheese
2 (19 ounce) cans enchilada sauce
I personally like to just fry up the beef in a pan or skillet, puree the onion and just mix it in
with the ground beef, shred my cheese from a block like a fucking man, and optional to cook the
meat and onions in the sauce or just dump that shit on top when you've wrapped all the
enchiladas. Add some paprika and onion powder, salt and pepper are good too and also in addition.
Pop the tortillas in that fucking microwave wrapped in paper towels for about 30 sec to a minute,
get 9x13 cooking dish ready bitch, here comes the filling. Pour about half a can of the sauce in
the 9x13 and either the other half in the cooking meat, now start filling tortillas with the
meat, a bit of handshredded cheese, tossed in, wrap it up and tuck it into the 9x13. Do this
until you've used up all the meat.
Once you've used up all the meat and tortillas and filled the 9x13, pour the remaining sauce on
that entire fucker and then dunk remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 farenheit for about 20 to
30 minutes
