The truth is, the missile never is where it is, as long as it is moving... in fact, it is
*always* where it shouldn't be, unless it hits its target, in which case it is where it should
be. However, if the GEA hadn't corrected the deviation between where it was and where it would
have been, then it follows that the missile is where it never should have been at all, and all
hands should brace for impact.

isn't going to go where it should be, as it doesn't know where it is or where it was.
That doesn't mean the missile is where it shouldn't be, but it's likely that where the missile
isn't is going to be where the missile should be.
