Non-key frames are supposed to blend animation smoothly with as little frames possible, hence why
they look retarded. (and you end up seeing newfags everywhere on /a/ posting them in QUALITY
threads when that was never what QUALITY meant)
These are pretty clearly visible.
These are not smear frames in the traditional sense of animation.
This is just a face texture duplicated upwards in a short period.
Similar effect, but it always looks awful with sharp vector graphics IMO.
