type chrome://plugins into your address bar
go to flash plugin and click always allowed to run. This will fix your problem.
On the topic of chrome bugs anyone figured out why when opening/closing a picture on 4chan it
will move the browser around instead of staying in the same spot like it used to?

The question isn't even answered at all in that post though. The link leads to a question about
chromium and will not fix anything with normal chrome. Thats what happens when you don't read.
