The board is a first-in/last-out queue based on the timestamp.
The oldest flash gets pushed off when the newest appears.
On fast days, a flash may only last a few hours, on slow days, they will be up for as long as it
takes to get pushed off. The longest I've seen recently is about 18 hours.

if you take a look at the list of flashes you will perhaps notice 5 of them are different color
that means they are marked for deletion (old) under the OP's post, just like in this one so they
will go first based on time they were uploaded
